you’ll have peace of mind knowing everything will be handled to

accomplish your goals.

Here’s how it works

  • ✺Getting started

    We’ll meet together to discuss your goals and you’ll complete an organizational questionnaire. I’ll administer an employee survey and/or interviews to discover what’s right for your team.

  • ✺Design

    I’ll develop objectives and success metrics, and make sure we’re in alignment. Then I’ll create the full retreat write-up, including goals, setup, materials, session facilitation detail, and timing. Finally, I’ll prepare an evaluation survey to collect feedback from participants.

  • ✺Facilitation

    You’ll have everything you need to facilitate the retreat on your own, or I can facilitate on your behalf so you can participate fully with your team.

  • ✺Post-retreat support

    After the retreat I’ll administer the evaluation and we’ll debrief together. I’ll provide a final report that includes evaluation results, recommendations for next steps, and one hour of thought partnership.

Choose from three possible options:

  • Basic: I’ll handle the planning, design, and evaluation; you facilitate the retreat and follow-up

  • Full: I’ll handle the planning, design, facilitation, and follow-up, including comprehensive evaluation and report

  • Deluxe: All of the above, for teams with more than 25 participants and/or focusing on alternate themes

Travel and out-of-pocket expenses billed at cost. Extended day/multi-day retreats may also be possible; let’s discuss!
